and seriously, im thinking of sitting my son down real soon here and having a discussion about PMS and what it really is, and why it really happens, and how mommy FEELS during this time, cuz, as much as i LOVE the boy... if he comes at me with that 'PNS' thing at the wrong time, it COULD be a hazard to his health lol

I used to be really bad. But not irritable anymore, I just turn into a crybaby and at the point where I notice I am crying yet again I think damn my period is starting tomorrow. I used to PMS horribly and a friend recomended vitamins, B complex, but especially B12 right after my pills ran out, you know when you take the placebos? of course now I am not on any contraceptive ( got a tubal years ago) so I just kinda count and take them starting around the 25th of the month if I am feeling like I want to rip someone's head off.

Oh and yes PLEASE warn the boy, he really doesn't know the danger he is in.

I generally don't get irritable or bitchy, I get depressed and cry at the drop of a hat. I'm more of the classic, you didn't say "hi" to me, you must hate me right now, what did I ever do? syndrome. But I'm pretty in tune now after all these years and whenever I catch myself acting that way irrationally, I usually catch myself before I say something to someone.

silly gay man, bleeding, and PMS is totally different!

PMS are symptoms or reactions to the hormone changes that happen days before you acually bleed then you later release blood. PMS get worse with age, alot of girls don't start getting PMS symtoms until thier 20's or 30's.

I never got PMS till about 2 years ago, or at least I never noticed.
