No, it's not what you think but I appreciate your interest/morbid curiosity about my possible sexual disfunctions.

Actully I'm having problems with a real woodpecker. He has been banging the heck out of a tree at our neighbor's house across the street for a year and now he is after my house. A piece of vinyl fell off our chimney exposing the wood panel beneath and all of yesterday, he was banging away at it, causing our chimney to make intermittent clack-clack-clack sounds every five minutes. He didn't return today but I will be lying in wait tomorrow with my trusty BB Gun. Actually, I don't own any sort of gun and would be very likely to shoot my eye out or my testicles off if I did. So, that not being an option, anybody have any suggestions on how to get rid of an overeager pecker.

is there such a thing as pecker repellant?

other than photographs of althom, that is...

I suggest you look through the phone book and call pest control. They can direct you to some company who specilizes in this sort of thing....or you can use you internet access to find information on your problem, ya know.

I went to Yahoo and there are 73,600 sites on woodpecker removal. It sounds like it's a real epidemic out there. I should start a support group.
