I met my boyfriend while doing an interview for a telemarketing job. He was my boss! I was mesmerized by the most beautiful smiling blue eyes I have ever seen. I had to force myself to stop staring at him. " He has a girl". I thought. Well, time went on and I was horrible at cold calling. He asked me and another guy to do some filing work with him on Saturdays. I instantly agreed. We quickly found out how much we had in common and talked about things that employees/employers really shouldn't. We had lunch together, went to the Symphony, and shared fries... Since I knew there was no way he was attracted to me I never noticed the huge crush developing... We all got fired. He is not from here and was going to leave since he was now unemployed. Then, one night we were both feeling pretty crappy, I cos I was gonna lose my best friend, and him because he felt like an utter failure for what happened to our jobs. We got hella drunk and professed our love for one another... He stayed.

Complicated story. Two parts:
1) At seventeen, I was very much in love with a guy who was 23 at the time. It was his ex's birthday and this girl's best friend was the girl with whom Francisco had a relationship at the time. 2) Five years later, F is in a relationship for 2 years, which is going pretty bad. I'm having a relationship with my much older professor and unsuccesfully trying to get out of it. One day I'm having some beers at a local pub and a friend asks me 'Marie, did you ever had a fantastic chat with someone you never saw afterwards?' I said 'well, I met a Portuguese boy at a party 5 years ago. He was the only one who was really friendly to me. I don't remember his name, don't even know if he's still in Belgium.' Five minutes later, still in the same pub, he was standing in front of me and I was mesmerized. He asked my telephone-number, we saw each other two days later and both finished our relationships to be together. After ten months, we moved in an apartment. It's now one year and a half later and I'm still so much in love with my soul-mate... | |
