My Sundays!! Many of you may know I am a bouncer at an "afterhours" club so when I get out of there at the BUTTCRACK of dawn I get myself a nice breakfast around 8am, then I am off to Venice Beach where I let the sound of the waves and birds place me into a nice slumber until about 12 or 1pm. I then notice that all around me, the beach has filled up with avid beach lovers like myself and then I begin my day!
I wake up slowly to the beautiful sunshine on my face and body, while having a quiet conversation with God/Myself through meditation. I then proceed over to the basketball courts where I decide whether to participate or not while eating lunch. I may write in my journal at that time or make some calls back east to my loving family and friends. After playing ball, I am headed back to the sand and the vivrant Venice Beach Drumcircle! Where all walks of life congregate to beat their drums and chill to the rhythyms and movements of humanity that knows how to appreciate life's energy. I spend most of my entire Sundays at Venice.....come and join me one day! Oh...and I have my  and
