I've watched some boring shit but "Gummo" is about the worst movie ever but it's good because it's a car wreck and you have to look

GUMMO is one of my favorite movies of all times ever! woot!

I especially love it because Werner Herzog called it 'the best movie since '2001: A Space Odyssey'' though meanwhile, the New York Times called it the worst movie of the year, even though the year wasn't even halfway over when 'Gummo' first came out. lol

When a movie divides people THAT much, I know it's gonna be a favorite of mine. biggrin

American pie sucked.

And I was the right age to enjoy it at the time. American teen comedies these days are just so shit. And 80's teen flicks were shit too. But american pie takes teenage shitdom to new annyoing levels.

"plughead 2" is the best/worst movie ever. There is a scene where THE WORST faking falling over ever happens! A man "trips" in a office, and it is so OTT. Also a random sex scene, for no reason at all, takes place in a desert. Daft movie. I salute/shit on it.

The Passion of the Christ. No one, but no one, should be subjected to that kind of abuse in a cinema. It's all about how we should feel guilty and how, after 2000 years, the guilt is still with us. Humanity's had enough of guilt.

I watched it late at night one time. I slowly started to relaize it shared the storyline with "casablanca". SO this was a remake of possibally the greatest film ever made!

This is a joke?

Regarding Batman & Robin, humorist Michael J. Nelson wrote in his book Mike Nelson's Movie Megacheese:
"For those of you who were scared away by the abysmal reviews of Batman & Robin, let me lay to rest some of the prejudices you might have about the film. It's not the worst movie ever. No, indeed. It's the worst thing ever. Yes, it's the single worst thing that we as human beings have ever produced in recorded history." falloff

I know it all boils down to personal choice and taste, but I definitely hear what you're sayin' nod

Even if you didn't fancy "Kill Bill", surely you can't rank it as one of the worst movies made!? confused

shrug Each to their own I suppose.

Mad Dog Time (1996)
Repetitive gangster movie, probably intended as a comedy, with a voice-over at the beginning explaining that it takes place in an alternate universe. Roger Ebert comments in his zero star review that this flop (renamed Trigger Happy for video release) "is the first movie I have seen that does not improve on the sight of a blank screen viewed for the same length of time"

im loving these revies...

North (1994)
High-profile Rob Reiner movie with numerous celebrity parts and cameos, about which Roger Ebert famously said:
"I hated this movie. Hated hated hated hated hated this movie. Hated it. Hated every simpering stupid vacant audience-insulting moment of it. Hated the sensibility that thought anyone would like it. Hated the implied insult to the audience by its belief that anyone would be entertained by it...one of the worst movies ever made".
