My last REAL count with near death experiences is around 11:

Water - 4 (I grew up in Minnesota....nuff said)
Electricity - 4 (Occupational Hazard)
Animals - 2 (Bear and Doberman Pinscher)
Hit by Car - 1 (when I was 4)

I don't think I can dodge that bullet many more times....

yep ,... nearly a goner at 8 years old ! (fuckin twice)

i was in a pond in a public park "showing off" i was in the water up to my neck when i felt nothing underfoot !!! i panicked and just went right under !! it turned out i was bein kinda sucked down a kinda hole/cavity of some sort , luckily my uncle spotted this right away and realised i was in trouble and pulled me out all i can really remember is bringing up all this horrible water i'd swallowed whilst panicking !!

amother time i was at a swimming pool when i was about 12/13 years old and there was a diving dale very very high (i cant recall, maybe 30/50 foot high !!!) above a special pool "specifically for diving" into this pool, anyway my friends were goin on about no one being brave enuf to dive from the top into the pool !!!lol, step forward dan the man !! (or was i still a boy then)? i dived from the top hit the water and just kept on goin down !!!!! on the way back up i made it by the skin o my teeth !!! i swear on the way up i was gonna drown !! i could see the light above the water but seemed to take forever getting their holding my breath underwater ,...

am still here !!! lol

I was almost run over by an 18 wheeler once.

When I was born I had some kind of breathing problems and was given my last rights.

When I was 16, several trees came down as I was driving down a street both a few yards in front of me and behind me. A really bad storm hit very quickly and within a few seconds I could barely see anything. I thought there was a tornado going on or something because I couldn't even see a few feet ahead of my car, everything was just a light grey cloud around the car windows. Then I noticed the glow of cop car lights in the haze. The cop car was stopped so as I went to pass him I noticed why, there was a huge tree down in the middle of the road. So I did a u turn in the street, and tried to go back the way I came, and about 20-30 feet behind me another tree had come down as well.

We had several days of rain, so the ground was really soft. They later reported there was a downdraft, not tornadoes, which caused alot of trees to tip over and be uprooted. It freaked me out because if I would have walked out of the house a few seconds sooner or later, one of those would have landed on my car.

HI GUYS.I'VE HAD TWO SERIOUS NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCES(FIRST ONE IN 1988 SWIMMING TOO FAR OUT TO SEA IN IBIZA,BUT MY FRIEND SAVED ME AT THE LAST MINUTE,IN A PEDALO....OH THE SHAME!)THE SECOND ONE WAS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO DRIVING TO WORK AT 6AM.MY RADIATOR HOSE HAD SPLIT,MY CAR OVERHEATED AND CUT OUT IN THE CENTRE OF 5 LANES OF TRAFFIC ON THE MOTORWAY.I COULD NOT START THE ENGINE,OR GET OUT AND LOOKED IN MY REARVIEW AND SAW CARS AND 18 WHEELERS SWERVING LIKE CRAZY TRYING NOT TO HIT ME.NOT ASHAMED TO SAY THAT I ALMOST NEEDED FRESH PANTS THAT TIME!!
