For me it has got to be yoga. When I see people practice it (particularly celebrities) I think it looks extremely pretentious. I certainly wouldn't be caught buying a celebrity, yoga work out video by someone as naff like Geri Halliwell. I've never praticed it so I guess I don't know what I'm missing.

Yeah you don't know what you're missing. Yoga is great and I guess I never thought of it as pretentious. Maybe because I'm used to doing ballet, so yoga was similar: being in a classroom with others, working on perfecting technique, etc. Except yoga isn't competitive, at least the atmosphere shouldn't be, like dancing is. Walk into a ballet class. Now THAT can be pretentious because people can be just evil sometimes if they feel threatened if you're new or better than them or something.

Funny you should say that... I'm starting yoga myself. I'm joining a gym this week. eek! I'll be going to lift, pilates and yoga classes with 4 of my friends.
