today in my neighborhood is trash collection day. and for some odd reason my neighbors dont use garbage bags, they just put their trash in the big trashcan. i just heard the garbage truck so i looked out my window to see the trash man pick up their can, spill most of it on the road,then throw it in the truck to dump it. he was pissed. i dont understand whuy some people dont use bags. do u use garbage bags? and if no, why not?

Using trash bags saves them so much trouble.
And since they go through hundreds if not thousands of ..erm.. cans a day, you'd think people would be more cooperative.

they can afford them. they both have great jobs. they also have 2 old couches and a washing machine in their backyard

yes we use bags... though we do ALOT of recycling and dont have alot of trash each week
