Do you eat breakfast? It's supposed to be the most important meal of the day. I often find I cant stomach eating anything very early and can only manage to drink some tea or coffee.

Its habit I should try to get out of.

What do you have if anything?

I never get up early in the morning
But when i get up i usually eat bread , cornflakes or oatmeal
but i prefer pasta above everything else (tho'i don't think it's healthy when you just woke up)
