Who remembers this!? The show was pretty good but I used to LOVE to hate Micki! With her stupid, even for the 80s, clothes and ridiculous hair styles!!! I tried to find some pics of her but none of the fan sites had any.

...And you know- we can't even talk about this TV show with out mention the episode staring... VANITY as "Angelica" in "The Secret Agenda of Mesmer's Bauble" (episode # 2.20)


A homely record-store clerk is obsessed with pop diva Angelica, and happens to stumble upon a jewelry robbery where the thieves drop one of the items: a cursed pendant that first belonged to Dr. Mesmer. The curse lets the clerk fulfill his every wish by mesmerizing a victim into doing whatever he wants them to. He wishes first for attractiveness, and then for the diva's love and the chance to be close to her. Ultimately, however, none of this is good enough for him, and his final wish is to be Angelica. The wish is successful, but Micki and Ryan, close on his trail, manage to intercept him/her at a concert and grab the necklace, undoing all the benefits it bestowed.


I wish this would repeat late at night cuz I'd sure watch it!

I loved that show. Especially the Vanity episode. It had nudity and everything.

I remember this. Of all those series out around that time.....I liked Tales from the Crypt a little better though.

I don't remember the Vanity episode though.

I watched it all the time. I like the episode where Micki ends up in hell and freaks when she sees the devil.

There might have been a coin involved, but it was definitely a two-parter. I like the fact that they didn't show the face of the devil, as it would be something indescribable.

Had a crush on Robey...thought she was going to be huge. I was wrong.


I also remember having the Friday the 13th video game on Nintendo, which was this boring monotonous game where like nothing would happen for a long time and then a poorly pixeled Jason would come out for a half a second and kill your ass. Game over. Right up there with ET on Atari 2600 as the most frustrating home video game ever.

My brother's friend had the Friday the 13th video game and we borrowed it and yes there was nothing to it! It sucked!!

I had no taste in women back then. Pretty much liked anything in really tall hair and clown-like makeup. Probably moved on to Tawny Kitean or Kelly LeBrock from there. Robey is probably doing porn now or, infinitely worse, touring malls across the country with other cast members from the series.
