i was the weird kid; the lone sista who wore beavis and butt-head t-shirts to school and combat boots, carried around a lunchbox covered in stickers and random cut-out stuff from 'zines, drew crazy cartoons all the time in class (plus i was also the kid who folks would go to because i'd get my work done before everybody else, so they'd all copy shit off of my worksheets/notes...if i even let 'em lol) and listened to marilyn manson and prince. i hung out with the "freaks" (the usual nickname of choice some kids pinned on the gothy friends i had) and the anime/role-playing card game geeks--nobody really gave a shit, nor did anyone pick on me. in fact most people respected me for being weird.

www.weirdkid.org - gd forum's new name lol since it seems we are all it!

I was from another country in a small town, that's weird. I could draw, still got the top marks in english (although it was my third language), had selective mutism until I was 9. Liked Prince ever since I was 12, and played the electric guitar in church. Some boys later said they liked me but were scared of me. confused

We had a kid in school named Ernie Ho. He was adopted from China or summin. He was "special" if U follow me. Did everything right...but he did it the long way around or any way but the normal way. He was cool though...the whole school liied him. He was hellah popular> The funniest thing was he rode his bike to school...and was the only person in our city over the age of ten...that wore a helemt. If U were near Ernie...U would hear EVERY1 that passed him say hi to him. They wouldn't even acknowledge U...it was all aboput Ernie...and that was cool. Cuz that kid had enuff problems...without having to wonder how he was gonne get friends. EVERONE love Ernie. Some hot ass cheerleader who's man was in college...took Ernie to the Prom...he had like the hottest date in the building...Karen Wakamoto...or summin like that. I think she was adopted too...cuz she looked as white as white could get...but had a completely asian name. anywayss....Ernie was cool...but weird.

GottaLetitgo

GottaLetitgo: The Early Years:

In my academic years:

1) I was "husky"

2) I had no self-esteem

3) I had no social skills

4) Women were alien creatures to me

5) My fashion was laughable (off color courdoroys bought at Sears on sale; having "husky legs" made the friction unbearable---and yes you could hear me walking from 100 feet away

6) I was in gifted class but even the nerds in gifted class made fun of me

7) I was absolute bully bait

So, if you want to know why I have a Vanilla Ice avatar, that is why.
All good things they say never last...

one girl in my h.s painted her back red to make it look like her father beat her, I went on a senior trip...the person i shared a room with was smoking cigars, she bought a can of air freshner and covered the door with a rag to block the smell, i was so scared I would get in trouble. she once bought liquor to school

I just found out that when I was in High School there had been a consistent rumour circulating in the school the whole three years that I was "definitely gay". Apparently all you had to do back then to be home-o-sexual was to wear your shirt with the top two buttons left open. Yes, that was my Prince influence. smile

This rumour, btw, I heard from a guy who had become a transsexual seven years after and that I accidentally met.
