speech to text software

anyone know of any good programs?

Anxiety	they're trying to implement this at work with some software my boss bought for like $99. i don't think it works very well, and i don't think anything has been perfected to the extent that it can really perform effectively - otherwise, i'd think that such software would be far more commonplace. i'd be interested to know if anything IS out there that does a really good job.
