The only reason you're tripping over this is because you got sucked in by this whole media circus. There are plenty of murderers, rapists and child molesters living in a 20 mile radius from you. Some even got away with their crime and a few of them are an even bigger threat to society than OJ (that is IF he even did it). Don't forget plenty of innocent people went to jail and in some cases it really seemed like they deserved it. This tragedy has more to do with people being sucked in by the media circus. It involves real life issues that people face and deal with every day. When I was with my ex boyfriend, he was abusive to me. Emotionally, mentally and physically. I was 118 dealing with a 220 pound body builder. Hardly a match. He was dementedly jealous and always accused me of cheating, which was not true. Sometimes he would be so flipped out because I denied it and he really believed it that he would slap me and punch me. Eventually I got to the point where I figured....if I'm going to get my ass kicked for something I haven't done, I might as well do it and that is when I started cheating on my partner. Not because I was a cum hungry whore, but because I turned to this person for comfort and for solace and for affection. Juice, while you were brought up with whatever morals you were brought up with, you don't know their relationship and why she got with other men. Bringing her bed habits into this is really twisted and sick. I don't hear anybody saying jack shit about OJs daliances or about the fact that he beat this woman. If you are beating someone you don't fucking respect them and how dare anybody expect her to have respect for someone who clearly does not respect her. I got my ass beat way before I ever stepped out on my relationship and would hate to have people judging me like I was some whore when really I was looking for comfort and a little love. And please before anybody starts lecturing me on how I should have handled that relationsship, I did finally leave and it would really help to hear the story from an abused person's perspective instead of automatically telling people what they should or shouldn't have done. http://www.prince.org/msg/100/114206 . I was only abused psychologically and I couldn't get away from that for a very long time. M MyeternalgrattitudetoPhil&Val.Herman said "We want sweaty truckers at the truck stop! Did you know most murders are acted out due to having a lover tiff...I.E. Finding your spouse cheating. Love and Rage combined is not a pretty sight. This is fact? Or your fiction? I am speechless. nakedpianoplayer said: i watched E's - 'top 100 most shocking moments' ... well, ok, i watched bits and pieces of it today, it was on for like 3 hours i think.....
anyway, MJ was on there like 5 different times... but most sad to me was that the death of princess dianna was the second story, and the top on that list of 100 ???? OJ SIMPSON well sure, it was very shocking, and it was a story that touched so many different folks on different levels - young, old, black, white, man, woman, rich, poor, whatever..... and we all remember where we were when the 'chase' was happening, and where we were when the arrest was made.... but FUCK ! why is his name put up there like that ??? i mean, its kinda like saying, 'see, you can kill and get away with it.' i guess i just have such little respect for him as a human thanks, just needed to vent Why did this case mean anything to anyone? This happens every day and no one gets upset over it? It's like the Scott Peterson thing. Who gives a fuck? Don't hurt me, I'm a newb. I'm supposed to be stupid.

After a while you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul And you learn that love does not mean leaning and company does not always mean security And you begin to learn that kisses are not contracts and presents are not promises And you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes ahead with the grace of an adult, not the grief of a child And you learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans and futures have a way of falling down in flight After a while you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers And you learn that you really can endure that you really are strong and you really do have worth And you learn and you learn with every goodbye you learn. thanks for posting that One of the best days of my life... http://prince.org/msg/100/291111

Nicole and O.J. were completely divorced when this happened
I personally thick O.J. is innocent, but he knows who did it. Nicole was involved with shady people and did drugs. Let's not forget that sometimes the life we lead can lead to our demise

It pisses me off that a sack of shit like OJ is allowed to walk free. Even if you buy into the whole "not guilty" BS, the fact is that the man was an abusive asshole. He beat her frequently, and he should be in prison for that. Do not hurry yourself in your spirit to become offended, for the taking of offense is what rests in the bosom of the stupid ones.
