After nearly being killed off by the Ass Known As Joel Schumacher, the Dark Knight is back. This is the way Batman should be portrayed - none of that campy shit from the last two films. |

The "white man" is assigned to him, since they speak the same language (the casting of Neeson is a direct nod to Qui Gon Jinn in Star Wars as well. I've read the script to this film, and its fantastic. The first time Batman has been portrayed correctly on screen.

The trailer doesn't look that spectacular, but usually that's a good sign. This one is far more understated, and primarily focuses on Bruce Wayne's evolution into Batman. He doesn't even wear the suit until well over halfway into the movie.

It isn't campy at all. The script utilizes elements from Batman: Year One, as well as a few Silver Age backstory bits. It actually touches on a few points that the comic has only alluded to in the past.
