No , no it's not a pepper , it's sweet
I don't cook any typical Dutch things , it's quite boring food usually
But i like brown beans with baked onions and potatoes
(not sure if that's typically Dutch)
I don't eat meat , btw

I can fry you some eggplant to go with that sandwich.

Do you know Zaziki (it's Greek) (or however you spell it) ?
It's great , if you don't know it you should try it

It's yoghurt with garlic (plenty) , cucumber , parsley , some salt and whatever
You can eat it with bread and/or salad (or both)

I really like hummas, it's a middle-eastern spread made of garbonzo beans and spices. I like it on a cracker for a snack.

You could make it yourself , it's quite easy
(forgot to mention olive oil and possibly 1 or 2 pickles and a little pepper)
