If they have to do it, I'd actually prefer that they do it because there's a reward. Those that do it just to be "good citizens" should burn and die. They're the same kind of people that try to educate the driver behind them by slowing down to the exact speed limit or call the police if somebody from another neighborhood drops a small bag of garbage in their apartment building's bin.  | |
