I feel like I let the Prince/Star Wars' fans down

Hey all,

Haven't posted here in a couple months. I've been into the whole "Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith" thing (still took the time to download and jam to P's "GlassCutter," which I think is the best song he's done since he released Rainbow Children). I finished my review a couple of days ago, but my agent isn't letting me put it online yet (which is ticking me off, since every other critic seems to be posting their reviews).

Anyway, since I can't post my actual REVIEW yet, I have set up a page for people to tell their best Star Wars' stories/memories. You can have memories, box-office predictions for Revenge of the Sith, pretty much anything Star Wars!

To up the ante, I am giving away 10 2nd prizes of a free Google GMAIL account (these are not easy to get) and 1 GRAND prize of a TARGET EXCLUSIVE LAVA RED REFLECTING DARTH VADER FIGURE -- 1 OF 50,000 MADE! This figure is eBaying for around $100.00 (I just sold one for $89). And I'm going to give one away to the author of my favorite Star Wars' post on June 1st (so get your stories in now!).

Anyway, maybe none of you are interested, but I remember that there were/are some DIEHARD Star Wars' fans on this board (like the guy posting the early TOPPS' cards) and Prince fans can tell a story like nobody else!

Wanna give it a try?

Here's where you read stories people have sent in the last couple of days and write one of your own:

Best SW tales in galaxy - write ur own!

And here's where you can check out the rare critic-only advance screening tickets of Revenge of the Sith (the screening was on the 5th). My review -- once my agent allows me to post it -- will also be here!

I scanned the front and back of the tickets as best I could, and they look pretty good. Now all y'all pissed I didn't invite ya, I only had 1 extra ticket and that was going to my little brother - cuz he's watched every Star Wars' film with me since we were kids!

Here's the link:

Read Sith review, be complete!

Love,
me

And I obviously have. 14 looks and no responses. I'm sorry, guys.

I didn't stop being a fan of Prince. I just stopped visiting prince.org for a while (even though I still think it's the best site online). I tried to make amends.

Again, I am sorry.

Er. Um. Revenge of the Sith is the best film in 25 years.

If that's "nerdy," I'll take it.

Much like Prince fans will gladly accept his assless pants. wink

I hate being so predictable. Yes, Revenge of the Sith is the best film since The Empire Strikes Back. I actually have about 14 pages (which need to be edited down to no more than 2) explaining exactly why. The film is beyond belief. "Nerdy" or not, you will enjoy it. And, for the record, it's the least nerdy Star Wars' film ever made.

SW fans log on in the morning? What a bunch of nerds! lol

Send me a story, d00d.

I'm going to post my review this morning. I don't care anymore. If some studio wants to complain that I write the most glowing review I've ever written for their movie, that's their problem.
