Anybody download the new Rhapsody??? WHAT A PIECE OF SHITAKE!!! First it took me forever to get it to recognize my user name and password, then I bought three songs and now I can't burn them to a CD. It says I don't have "burn rights" or some crap. The old Rhapsody told you what you could burn BEFORE you spent ya money. And the songs I bought won't play--they crash the software.

And the tech support? UN-BEE-LIEV-A-BLY HORRID. All they did was send me a bunch of cut-and-paste stock answers when I e-mailed them. I'm going to try to get on the phone with them tomorrow, but I've read on the message boards that hold times can be an eternity.

The only reason I'm keeping this crap is because it streams full songs instead of snippets (and the songs are a 'lil cheaper than iTunes). I guess if I don't get this straightened out, Ima have to buy my songs from iTunes.

Sorry if this has been discussed--I hardly post here in the GenDisc forum and, of course, the search ain't workin'. I just needed to vent, y'all.

Well, fortunately, enough people complained on their message boards that they've posted a link to the old Rhapsody. So I said good-bye to that 3.0 crap and have returned to the old version which is working like a charm!

So, I feel better now!
