sorry, its been a long, long, long day around here.... but, incase anyone was paying attention to me.... i did go to court this morning over my old landlord, and i WON !!! 
i could have gotten anywhere up to 4000 dollars... i ended up with 1,214.00 ... so, im all good, but, tired as hell 
and i just wanted anyone that was listening to me out there to know that YUP, I DID IT   One of the best days of my life... http://prince.org/msg/100/291111
