Thyme Tarragon Sage Chives Parsley Mint Lemon Balm just a few it's just that I don't use different herbs that often..mostly basil and oregano. Though I should other kinds more often...I cook enough. Christian Zombie Vampires

I built an herb garden last year. I planted one again this year. Luckily, some of them survived our winter.
I made mine with edging, I made a circle with it and then my husband cut me some wood so I could make dividers. Once I put the wood in, it was a peace symbol with the herbs in between the dividers. I call it my peace garden. I have lemon tyme, purple sage, lavender, parsley, oregano, chocolate mint, purple basil and pineapple mint. I will have to get a pic of it and post it. actually my brother is the one with the most fantastic herb garden. my little plot doesn't even compare. he has completely bordered his yard with sage, thyme, rosemary, foxglove, st. john's wart, goldenseal, basil, lavender, etc.
he's sculpted the earth in his yard, added berms and sumac, trellis' and arbors. me, i do birds more than plants. but he has an absolute green hand for his garden. i bow at his feet.
