I've lived in three different places in Southeast Michigan and all of them had Taco Bell's responbily close by. In the case of my first house, it was walking distance. In the case of one of my friends, it was nearly at his backyard! When I moved, and could drive, it was a short drive. Now it's kind of a longer drive however, there is another Taco Bell that was in my school's union hall but I only ate there once. If I did go the union (and over the three years, I didn't go all that often), I usually ate at Wendy's instead. I think I out grew Taco Bell by eating there too often in Elementry (yes, my friends and I would eat there during the summer...it was the hangout when hte school let out for summer) and middle school. I like it occsaionally but could not eat there all but my little sister literally does!
