Big House My work is as a real estate appraiser. I just finished inspecting a 15,000 square foot home in Northern California. It was the largest home I've been in in nearly 15 years of doing this. The owners just recently finished renovating it to the cost of $3.5 million. It has a large two story living room with a 16 X 20 glass atrium, a 30 X 55 ballroom with large bar area, a large indoor pool with spa and sauna, a lap pool, new kitchen with every modern convenience and amenity, a media room, a 1500 bottle wine cellar, etc, etc. It just went on and on.
