but i am a bit gutted at the fact that i am now probably going to be considered old.

an example,
talking to a couple of my nephews friends about music and recomending some good albums.
When i was telling them some to get i saw them look at each other,they didnt say anything they just looked at each other,and that killed me.
You see i have seen that look before,it was the look that my friends and
I had given each other when some "old guy" ever tried to talk to us about music.

the GOOD thing about getting into your thirties is that you know have SEVERAL years of being an adult (your 20s)
& now, in your 30s, you are still "young enough" to do different things in terms of your life goals, career goals, etc...

& having a POSITIVE ATTITUDE about life certainly helps too. with that, you can do A LOT towards ensuring that your 30s will be as good as your 20s were..
