She's some lady from Georgia who ran away last week and called the police to say she was kidnapped...she was supposed to get married on Saturday (hence the "runaway bride" moniker).....they keep talking about her like she's something special....I think she's just a moron who, although she may have legitimate psychological problems, cost cops and volunteers money and time. She also has a horse face.
