I like to put it on my lips...
Under my nose when its stuffy...
On my breast bone when I get a cold.

i put it on my chest and under my nose. mother told me that when she was little her mother would give them a teaspoon of it to eat when her brothers and sisters were sick (gross), she said it worked tho. the chest and under my nose is enough for me.

My chest ...this remindz me of a thread I started...it was about this time when i was 12 and on camp...anywayz, i used 2 put Vicks Vapour Rubz around my eyes to make me go 2 sleep...and i had a friend of mine watch in total awe, n decided she wanted 2 do da same (maybe i made it look cool...i really don't knowz ) and she was like ...

Yeah my chest and my back, and believe it or not, da back of my mouth when i have a sore throat and i dont want 2 suck on losenges

They're also great 2 induce sleep- just dont rub it around your eyez im sure it'z a hazard in some wayz

Vapor Rub
1/4 teaspoon eucalyptus essential oil
1/8 teaspoon peppermint essential oil
1/8 teaspoon thyme essential oil
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine ingredients in a glass bottle. Shake well to mix oils evenly. Gently massage into chest and throat.

I don't feel too bad 4 U tho'...when I got migraines as a child, my mom would mix up some eggs with coffee grinds, soak a rag in it, and wrap it around my forehead. Worked though.
