I always thought that it was a crime that even though WB jumped on the DVD bandwagon right away, they never exploited it's full potenail (maybe they got into it too early...). So while "Batman" and it's sequels got DVD releases, they were bare bones (only the movie) but I could have sworn they were going to rerelease these, with all the special features to get people excited about the new movie. I'm not sure if there was a press release or what. Did they decide against it or have they just not released the offical information to websites like Amazon. I was really looking forward to these and frankly, I see it as the only reason for releasing the movie.

yay! i've been tempted for a long time to buy the second batman movie because i just absolutely ADORE everything about it, but i had a feeling if i waited, there'd be a better version available. i'll definitely wanna get the two tim-burton directed flicks.
