Photoshop Question - Resolution Differences

When superimposing a picture of one pixel resolution over another one, how do you get the two to look simular to each other?

I'm having a difficult time....
It's slowing down my artistic endeavors.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I have no clue what you mean. But I'm happy that I can put my doubts about Dook being a woman to rest.

you can't really upsample a pictures resolution, what are the pixel sizes of the two pictures you are trying to mix? You can of course scale the bigger one down to match the smaller one.
