Sorry to here about your head hurting. Caffeine constricts the blood vessels in your head and help to relieve headaches. Motrin is always good! Hope you feel better.

Hey, if u still have the headache
first of all take a couple of painkillers one with codeine in them
try nurofen plus or panadeine forte, don't take if u have any stomach ulcers and also try this
place your feet in a bucket of cool water, then a bucket of warm water and alternate between buckets for about 20 mins
another good remedy is rubbing the muscle inbetween your thumb and forefinger
good luck with this, i hate headaches, i get them all the time.
