...how the HELL do you manage? I'm on my second day out of two and I'm going frigging crazy from sitting still having nothing to do. Everybody else are on a conference so I can't even get some additional things to do... so I sit and wait for the fax to spit out sn order or the phone to ring and that's it!

Well we dance pump up the music to full volume and play ball, with a scrunched up piece of paper, held together with sellotape.. we joke mess about I mean we gotta, otherwise we will all go crazy..


Obviously some offices dont allow this, but its a great excuse being a designer cos we get away with sooo much more..

I work in an office. Sometimes it's so boring I want to cry. I surf the internet to pass the time and find good how-to craft sites and stuff to make; I catch up with all my emails and long-lost pals; I read a good book; I make a to-do list for the week; I draw on post-it notes; I write in my blog; I make coffee. And still this only takes up like, 2 hours out of my shift.

But hey, it could be worse.

that, and for me, going to the gym during the week is key. an hour or so of working out gets me in that zen, still, calmed place that i need to be when i'm in an office for eight hours and have to sit still for so long.

I work in a law office. And i am always busy, so not always at my desk. If your not busy ask for work to do. If ya wanna get up, go to the bathroom, take your break outside.
