cried yourself to sleep....

there were SOO many times.....one was when I was having this dream that I was gonna die and I couldn't do anything about, so I woke up and started crying, cried myself right back to sleep, into a similar nightmare

this last friday.

Yeah, I'm like Anxiety. I can't sleep if I've been crying.

But it hasn't been for a looooong time since I've cried in bed.

actually, its strange that you ask this .... today of all days...

last night, i actually WOKE UP FROM A SOUND SLEEP SOBBING.... it was the craziest thing. i drempt that my brother died. i was so real, my family, i saw everyone except his son and my kids.... but everyone's responses were SO REAL, i can remember all the colors, the way the floor felt that i was standing on... my mothers voice his wife was SOOOOO angry and full of rage.... my sister was completely void of any emotion and was almost in shock...

i saw the funeral, i saw what he was dressed in, i watched my family cry and cry... and then i woke up gasping for breath while i was crying in real life. i havent had a dream like this in a long long time, but, when i woke, i laid there and cried, all alone in my bed for at least 20 minutes till i fell back to sleep... i called my sister in law this morning to talk to her about my dream and how horrible i felt, and started crying all over again

tonight, i talked to my brother... i didnt go into detail about it with him, as i thought that would just make him feel so uncomfortable.. but, i DID tell him how much i love him, and how important he is to our family - and that i dont ever want to lose him to something stupid like what happened in my dream. after i cried my eyes out this morning, its been actually a pretty decent day .... but, i swear i didnt get any sleep last night at all !!!! man, im tellin you, that was the most vivid dream i think i've had in YEARS.

quite a few weeks ago

usually happens if i get to the sad drunk stage, always better to go to the unconcious drunk stage in my book
