A 70 year-old South Korean man has passed the written part of his driver's license test - after failing it 271 times. Officials were thrilled to see Seo pass. "He has been coming here for more than five years, and we regard him as being one of the "family"".

How can a person fail a written part of their driving test that many times? I give the guy credit in that he kept trying and would not give up.

Seriously if he failed that many times, do you REALLY want him on the road?
