Try drinking warm water with a squeeze of half a lemon and 2 teaspoons of sugar, give a good mix
U may not like the taste (i love it) but this always helps
or get some flat lemonade, the easiest way to flatten lemonade is put some sugar in it. Good Luck

Hope you're feeling better today. Food poisoning is not good. It could be Salmonella or maybe Campylobacter (also common in chicken). Usually with Salmonella you have vomiting and diarrhoea but with Campylobacter you have nausea and diarrhoea (vomiting is not common).

Drink plenty of fluids and if it doesn't clear up in a day or two then go see your doctor. Take care, get well soon

I'm feeling better today (second day) still a tiny bit noxious but at least i can eat solids and hold them down now...it was def salmonella trust me i know i took an entire class on food borne illness (studying to be a chef) and i'm so damn paranoid a bout food and i guess that one day i let my guard down...

Yeah if you've had vomiting, then its probably Salmonella. Glad you're feeling better again. It'll probably take a while for everything to settle down. The only reason I mentioned Campylobacter is that I'm working with it in my PhD at uni, plus its really common in poultry and most people haven't really heard of it. Get well soon.
