"Bye bye"

I have SUCH a weird question...

I am currently breaking my head over a sound sample from a movie. It's probably from an animated feature.

It's a deep voice, probably someone portraying an animal, maybe an ape-like creature...
The voice says "bye-bye" very quickly but even though the voice is deep, it sounds very sweet....

I can hear the voice, but just cannot place it. So irritating...

Anyone?

I don't think so... I have never been a big fan of that movie... I feel it's something more recent too. Dunno why.

Maybe it's Stitch from Lilo & Stitch...

I just remember his cute lil' voice going "bye bye" I think? Then he buggers off when the going gets tough.

Nope.
God, I hate it when I can't come up with an answer on my own...

My best firend says it might be from Monsters Inc.

I think that's the safest bet. But which character.
