My screenname was lifted from a character from a cartoon. The cartoon being Calvin & Hobbes. Calvin's father is often forced to read a book called Hamster Huey And The Gooey Kablooey.

And this picture is of the 1979 album of the Nina Hagen Band, which features a song that was very important to me the previous year. The song is called Naturträne and will sound weird to most, as Nina Hagen is a classically trained opera singer turned punk. But the lyric, delivered in German, with some spits here and there is my idea of beauty; the lyric awe inspiring to me.

The fact I have it is inspired by Moonbeam's groovy avatar of Lou Reed and it made me want a groovy av too.
