No, people shouldn't have to rework their entire lives to accommodate you. People shouldn't have to go home to take care of their children. It's called having a life. Babies require feeding often when they are young so it isn't always feasable to expect that they can simply be put on a schedule that accommodates the public at large.

Besides, if the tit weren't meant to be used as food, food wouldn't come out of it would it. Sounds like your beef might be with the creator for making it as such

New mother, experienced mother it doesn't matter. Extremely busy person either way, participating in the sometimes cruel sleep deprivation experiment which is raising a baby, manages to get away for a couple hours while the babies needs are in control enough for her to go shopping or to lunch. She is tired, unbelievably tired from being woke up every hour or two to feed her baby. Babies can't tell time and wouldn't give two shits if they could. But even as tired as she is she needs to get out of the house for a while.

Her house is a mess; she has the demands of work or career which she is trying to juggle with parenting. Her boss doesn't care if she has a baby, she can't afford to take maternity leave so she willingly bends over backwards to accommodate children in her life. After all, this part is very short and so important to the health of this new human being.

Her husband and perhaps her other children are feeling neglected because the baby at this stage has put enormous demands on her which cannot be reasoned with and need to be met, usually immediately. She can't meet their demands and that weighs on her mind. She gets to the diner, her second pair of clothes the babies third; often that food you work so hard to produce doesn't stay long in the baby’s stomach. Usually it comes out on the freeway or when you are busy with some other task so you have to stop what you are doing to deal with it.

You have your diaper bag, your car seat, your purse if you can still manage plus whatever you bought while you were out. It isn’t easy juggling all this shit but again it's only for a short while and it is worth it. You’re just happy to be out.

In the back of her mind are all her fears concerns about the baby. Health concerns,
"Is that idiot smoking, I have to protect my baby from that."

"Here comes some sick old lady or child who wants to touch my baby. Hard enough getting it to sleep when it's healthy and happy let alone when it's sick."

"Christ, she needs to eat now, my food just arrived well now I have to try to eat with one hand and nurse this baby, shit, good timing"

She looks across the busy room and notices a guy looking at her. She doesn't realize he is thinking, "Oh gross, I hope she doesn't feed it in here."

She proceeds to feed her baby, needs to, doesn't want it screaming and disturbing everyone in the restaurant. Just as she starts she notices the look of disgust on the guy across the rooms face as he looks away.

She tries to finish her meal and feed the baby at the same time doesn't work. The meal gets cold and she packs up her shit and heads home. Trying not to drop anything and still hungry, not nearly as refreshed from her outing as she had hoped. However, she was still glad to get out and as a small mercy the baby slept all the way home. A nice quiet drive. She never thinks about the disgusted guy at lunch again.

That guy tells all his friends about the ignorant woman who forced everyone at the lunch to watch her breast feed. How she just did it on purpose to get a rise out of them.

Don't flatter yourself disgusted guy/girl. She has got so much more on her mind. She certainly is not going through all of this just to violate your delicate sensibilities. I guarantee it never crossed her mind, she is thinking about MUCH more important things.
