I'd take into consideration if the person who's saying "I'm over you" and "You're not my top priority anymore" despite CLAIMING that, still:

- continues to do stuff with their ex, especially if doing stuff with the ex usurps time the other person COULD BE dedicating towards meeting new people or forming new relationships;
- talks endlessly about the ex all the time and about things that happened during the now-defunct relationship;
- calls the ex all the time "for no reason, just 'to talk';
- gets jealous when hearing about the ex's new boyfriends/girlfriends/friends; -tries to change things about themselves to fit some image of what the ex finds attractive in a mate
- continues to examine and analyze everything the ex says and does for hidden meaning that somehow pertains to the past romantic relationship

If the person claiming they are "over their ex" and the ex is "not my top priority anymore" yet still does any or all of the above on a continual basis, then I'd roll my eyes and say "Yeah, right!" too.

Kill yourself. Please. The world will be that teeny bit closer to collective subconcious harmony without your fizzy interference.
