ladies n'gem'men...i'm gay.

for the past several months i've been very deep in thought in regards to my sexuality, sense of self n'shit like that. yes, i'm still a virgin. yes, i'm well-set in the ways of becoming a spinster even though i'm only 24 (the idea of romantic relationships with others i'm still not down with). before anybody balks "but you're a virgin!" imo, you don't have to do the do with anyone in order to find out what your sexual preference is. that's definitely not a prerequisite in that matter.

i've never been too hip on the thought on having a boyfriend, let alone sleepin with one. when i was a kid, when all my female relatives/peers would be oohing and aahing at their fave male teen idols or cute boys they liked, absolutely nothing clicked for me. i've always been more attracted to women than guys--not sexually per se, but just overall. my dad's never given me shit about never having a boyfriend (he knows how i feel about it and respects me for it) so that i've never had to worry about. my mom's side of the family could care less about what i say or do. the feeling's mutual towards most of 'em.

i've still got a lot more thinkin and searching to do--i am in my mid-20s after all so i got my whole life ahead of me and more great things to come. this is just one of the major discoveries that's come up for me; i got plenty more ahead. just figured i'd let ya'll know too, cuz i trust ya'll.
