I CAN FUCKING BREATHE AGAIN!!!! For the last two weeks I have been seeing a herbalist/nutritionalist and she told me that my allergies are so severe that I "need" to cut out all dairy products, so I did! And along with some chinese herbs and accupuncture "I CAN BREATHE AGAIN"!!! I am clear as a bell...I'm not snoring, I'm sleeping better,and I feel fucking Great!!!

I have never been one to take prescription drugs as they are only doing damage in other areas because it is not natural and your body has to process the invading chemical somehow. Hey Dex, thats good to hear. I juice and drink alot of green teas (brassica) and I dont remember the last time that I was even remotely sick. I dont do the whole pop a pill whenever you cut your toe nail too close thing either. U know, if u take care of your body, your body will take care of u!  | |

Yeah man...the entire household here came down with that flu bug that was going around and I didn't get a touch of it at all....because I eat right and exercise!!
