Nothing in particular. When I feel I want to talk about something which no one else has brought up (recently) I'll start a thread myself. The problem is that interesting topics can get lost in a flood of bullshit topics in about two hours time.
New threads that are started to merely give people a fresh start to chat about anything they want should be deleted (not locked) immediately. They serve no purpose. If people want to chat, there's a chatroom. If folks feel that's not good enough they can take their asses to any type of IM program which allows them to run their own chat room. I know chat type threads used to get deleted, but for some reason mods don't do that anymore. | |

The General Discussion forum is one of the most upbeat places on the net.
Sure, it's annoying and crazy--but of all the P.ORG forums, it's got the best mix of characters. I don't watch T.V. anymore cuase the org is more entertaining. As I am pervasive in spreading bullshit threads, I have to say that I think the craziness is awesome. I dunno. Most of the time, folks get upset about the sex threads and get annoyed with the silly threads, yet when people bring up real life stuff, people think they shouldn't post that stuff here and should keep it to themselves.  I have no idea. Since sex upsets some, I go to another site for that. | |
