Retired Amy, 92, ran thieves out of her apartment on Tuesday. A woman rang her doorbell asking to borrow pen and paper, and when Amy took her walker to go fetch them, she heard noises so she backed up to see what it was. The woman was trying to make her way into the apartment with another person behind her. Amy pushed on the two people with the walker, forcing them back out the door. The second person tried to push against Amy but she yelled that she was gonna call the police and the two people disappeared.

Woot for old people like this!! She's wonderful!

She was lucky

she nobody has the right to enter someones home and rob them BUT people do, she is lucky the people were not that desperate I don't think it is a testiment to the woman but shows the people who tried to rob her wasn't that determined

I think this is the wrng message to give out to old people who are vulnerable, they can easily be over powered and hurt

recentlty i was sickened by the bruatal violence an elderly uk woman was put through, I would always say just get out, let them have what they want fuck money, posessions and anything else in your home, if someone wants it that bad let them have it, it sadens me this story could have had a tragic end had the perpitraiters been anyone else.
