We use to live in a house where the radiator was a grate in the floor. If you stepped on it, it was like walking on hot coals.

I did that as a child! I left grate marks on the bottom of my feet! Ouch!

As a kid, I painted eyes on it and everything (and got a spanking when my parents found out)

No. I just painted some noral eyes with a smile. Othet radiator I got round to dong had shades painted on.

Radiators inspire me, maybe some of u should stare at one. U feel warmth and creativity come pouring out like skittles into a smiling childs hand.

i'd totally hang a huge print of a radiator in my apartment. that would be hot. and i didn't mean that in a pun-like way, either.
