i like the people here - you guys are a great bunch of people  some of you are wonderful all on your own, but as a group, what a fantastic mix  i have laughed, cried, learned, and grown in my experience here at the org 
i dont like that sometimes you are judged, criticized, ridiculed or misunderstood way to easily on these type of forms. you can read something someone wrote soooo many ways, and depending on your mood, it can strike you differently than intended
