My bruv told me recently of how, while him and his mates were bored at work, they decided put each others names into Google to see what would come up. Eventually they decided to search their boss' name, and one of the hits was a document describing tribunal held by a pharmaceutical affiliation concerning how she had her pharmacist license revoked after being caught ordering herself copious amounts of cocaine. My bruv and his guys obviously had no idea of this, or how she managed to get a job (albeit not relating to pharmacy) after being sacked. Sometimes when I'm bored I search various names of people I know (including myself ) to see if there's any dirt out there.

Have you ever discovered a friend/colleagues web-skeleton? Do you have your own embarassing references on the web? If so, what are they?

I've probably looked up just about everybody I know at one time or another, for no particular reason other than boredom.

Interestingly, I did discover that my boss is a mass-murderer and was put to death about 10 years ago.

I was amazed to discover that I was a very popular film actor during the 50's, I'm also a renowned scientist specialising in quantum theory, a computer games designer, a cricketer, a software engineer and a geography teacher.

I've never found any dirt on anyone I actually know though, just on people who have the same name.
