I went in a week or so ago and had my hair colored. It was supposed to be a deeper brown than what I have and it ended up orange/red. Still paid the $75 for it and tipped her. (She was new there and I didn't want her to get fired). Went back in last Wednesday to do a re-color and it is a darker shade of brown but I still have a red tone near my scalp. She wants to do another re-color. Am afraid. It shouldn't be that difficult but I don't want to hurt her feelings.
