"Odd Girl Out" - A movie about bullying Watching this really good movie on Lifetime right now called "Odd Girl Out" about a group of high school girls bullying this other girlin their class. Lots of brutal things going on. It makes my stomach turn but it sort of hits home b/c I delt with that once in junior high and some of the things that happened scarred me for a long time. Anyway, worth turning on if you want a good watch. [Edited 4/4/05 18:44pm] Let the rain come down...17 days....

But I can relate (and I'm assuming others on the org can too) to a lot of the emotions this girl is going through! [Edited 4/4/05 18:58pm] Let the rain come down...17 days....

Yea, she wanted to be accepted by her "best friend" so badly that she fell for whatever bone she threw her. Sad really, but alot of us go through it. I got burned by some bitches like Nikki and whatever her name was once. That was all it took and from that point on I was kickin ass and forgetting names. I have a son and when he entered kindergarten he was starting to have problems b/cos he is so outspoken. Didn't take long for him to adjust and find friends in the end which made me glad. My parents never dealt with me on the issues that I was having in school so, I had to educate myself in order to help my son. It is important that we keep the lines of communication open with our children so they can have somewhere to turn. Shake....shake, shake, shake.
