Joss Whedon dispelled that rumour as well. He said it won't be any of the actresses he worked with on "Buffy", "Angel" or "Firefly".

AJ's cool and all, but i wouldn't want her to get the part because then it would be more of a star vehicle than it would be about the character. They need to find someone to do for Wonder Woman what Christopher Reeve did for Superman, rather than find someone who'll do what Jennifer Garner did for Elektra.  | |
