Our back yard shares a property line with a man on the sex offenders list.

It sucks. I've told my children about him and we talk regularly about sexual preditors and "stranger danger". My kids won't even say hello to him.

So I really understand how you feel Nekkid. The only thing I would suggest is to continue to talk to your kids regularly about the subject. Once is a good start but if you discuss it regularly your kids are better armed.

Well it sounds like to me that they r putting him in another institution specifically for sex offenders because of a law that was passed and his deteriorating health. I live in Kansas City and I know that Lawrence is a small quiet town. It doesn't look like they are releasing him into the community thank God.
