My wife is a Tomboy, season ticket holder at Wolverhampton Wanderers (poor sod), loves football, plays as often as she can.
Wouldn't be seen dead in pink 
I agree with the previous post that said girls who play football are probably looking for a harder image. Maybe a pink, soccer-type shoe for off the pitch would sell to those women who are sort of semi into football - the ones who get dragged down to the match week in week out and want to show their football side but with a girlie twist. Having said all that, I hate football and never go to the match. Maybe it's ME who should be wearing pink...?  | |
