People here just want to talk about the mundane, the negative in their lives (like they're the first) or some hot news topic that displays their copy and paste skills.

You know what irks me to no end? There have been 145 views to my thread on why you care if a stranger dies, and only what?...19 replies or something. This just tells me how shallow the masses can be! We will jump on the bandwagon and chime in on the issue of Ms. Schiavo, but let me challenge your thinking and delve deeper into your souls and "most" just put their tails in between their legs and leave it alone. I don't care who it is, but the numbers don't lie. Many folks just say and do shit to make them think they are all for the good in the world but they are still just plain sheep that won't or can't take a firm stand on what their soul really feels or represents in the world, or even think for themselves for that matter! Fuck 'em!!!

I am aware that I mourn the loss of a family member more than I do a victim of a car bomb in the middle east. I see no reason why that makes me a sheep. The same would go for, let's say, a woman in a vegetative state over a rock climber in New Zealand. Subject matter and tragic quality are what grabs us. To criticise people for this inherently human trait is not to challenge or delve, it's just to criticise, with no attempt at trying to find out why or to offer a solution where you see a problem.
