My 16 year old cousin just had a baby...

My 16 year old cousin (Quincee), which is my third cousin, just had a baby. Mckenize Capri. Cute little girl smile

Get this:

Her mother had her when she was 14 years old. So her mother (Holly) is a 30 year old grandmother which makes my first cousin a 50 year old great grandmother.

But what I thought was really interesting is that my great uncle, who is 79 years old is now a great, great, great, great uncle. eek

So basically, if Mckenize follows in the steps of her mother and grandmother, my cousin Holly could be a great grandmother by the time she is 45 years old.

Can they give birth control to infants? j/k

I love the ghetto. lol

To be very honest, Quincee is a good student and seems have the right attitude about motherhood. She didn't even miss any school up until this week. Unlike her mother, I think she will be ok.

Well, I became a parent at 18 and my son will be 18 in the fall so there's a chance that I would become a 36 year old grandma. eek My heart beats fast every night thinking about it. lol

It'll all catch up sooner or later.

I remember a song when I was much younger entitled "I'm my own grandpa"
"Whatever skin we're in
we all need 2 b friends"
